The one and only music business event for international market in Japan, Tokyo International Music Market (TIMM), was being held from October 20 through 22 in Odaiba, Tokyo. Boulevard had been working on planning, operation and promotion for this 12th event in cooperation with the organizer Foundation for Promotion of Music Industry and Culture (PROMIC).
TIMM 2015, one of “Japan Content Showcase 2016” markets jointly hosted by TIFFCOM (Affiliated market of the Tokyo International Film Festival) and TIAF (Tokyo International Anime Festival), gathered a record high of 24,236 attendees and had 6,663 meetings. And the joint event was held at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo for three consecutive days and some great names in Japanese music such as SEKAI NO OWARI, SCANDAL, androp and OLDCODEX performed and appealed to international buyers.
Boulevard will continue to try various challenges for promotion of Japanese music and content.
